History:
Primary Fuels, LLC was founded in late 2016 as one of the successors to Bear Peak Resources, LLC. Primary and its partners and members generate and operate upstream energy projects mostly in the Powder River, Permian, and Williston Basins, and invest in related teams in various other domestic basins, notably the Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent, and D-J.
Projects:
We invest and participate as a non-operator in third party projects in multiple domestic onshore basins and to a limited extent in Canada.
Our consulting expertise and projects consist of upstream regulatory, business strategy, partnerships/joint ventures, and land and lease acquisition for our clients and partners.
Involvement:
Primary’s Members are also heavily involved in Board work for both profit and non-profit organizations in the regions where we work and invest. We believe our civic and volunteer responsibilities and contributions are important factors in the health of our communities.
Primary Fuels is privately owned and financed. We typically invite partners participation in our operated activities.
